SkinnyHead: Can you? There are about 10,000 pages of fine print Obamacare regulations written by incompetent bureaucrats dictating every level of healthcare.

Can you point to a specific example?  Sounds like there are so many.  What pages are you thinking about here?

"Ha, but I know that the earth is 15 years old, so there"

"Benghazi, Benghazi , Benghazi BenghaziBenghaziBenghazi"

Yep, those are definitely words that were in a post of mine, racist farker.

You never let us know how you felt about kilts in that thread...

That's different somehow.

It's different because it would make ikanreed look like a hypocrite if they answered honestly.

Because I went home and stopped caring about fark. I mean, isn't it ok that I have better things to do than constnatly justify myself to a bunch of racist losers?

Whee, let's drag on the presumptions about my opinions into a completely new thread.  Let's put it this way.

"Whatever, you racist idiots."

There, no you can pretend since you stuck to your inane guns long enough I "admitted defeat".

Translation: "No, I don't actually believe kilts are racist, but I can't admit that or I'd look like a hypocritical fool."

Good enough. I'm perfectly satisfied with that answer.  End threadjack and carry on.

I'll give explaining the concept one shot, on the hopes that it gives you a chance to reflect briefly on what racism means.  The rule goes like this,

If you have to ask "but what if it were a white race, man",  it's racist.  That excuse is always pulled out for racist bullshiat, and societal tolerance for racism against whites is higher, but it's still racist.

It doesn't matter what it is, but that excuse always, always, always, means you're trying to defend a racist viewpoint.  I don't care for continually justifying really basic points like that to racist assholes, so I say "whatever",  but please please please consider it.  Just think about that rule, and try to come up with an exception to its application.

Ok that was too much to hope for.  I should've left it at "whatever," which was my first instinct.

Which leads back to the original point I had.  They will keep beating the drum.  If you engage them on the level they're demanding you do, they'll inanely call you wrong, and nothing will be achieved.

So, cheers to "whatever" and its power to deal with "Benghazi Benghazi Benghazi" types.

So, just to be clear, you'd obviously consider these 2 people "racist assholes" for wearing kilts, right?

You're just an ostrich looking for a hole to stick your head in - ignore Benghazi, ignore illegal wire taping, ignore IRS targeting certain groups, just ignore what is happening.

It would be appropriate that you'd cite a myth to describe my opinion of a pair of myths but congratulations on guessing wrong on my opinion of domestic wiretapping(which, by the way, is a problem because it's legal).

She really, really ought to have bitten back:

"Excuse me, Congressman, but given your voting record with regards to the recent shutdown, where the fark do you get off? Does the word hypocrisy mean nothing to you? Do you have no shame?

I am answerable to the American people, and to them I apologize. But you, sir, can go fark yourself. I have better things to do with my time than to answer to an ignorant partisan stooge. I have a botched healthcare system to rebuild. Good day, sir."

karnal: He's still blaming Bush for the deficit....this after adding almost 6 trillion to it himself.

Well, yes, he's been slow to end the Bush policies (tax cuts, wars, etc.) that are contributing to the deficit, but the policies he himself has instituted are decreasing the deficit.  The deficits coming from the Bush-era policies are just overwhelming his own changes.

It's not Obama's fault they can't read.

Don't you understand? Nothing is the fault of Republican Senators. EVER. Everything is Obama's fault.

Funny, since the current president is still blaming Bush for many of his woes.

And it's entirely accurate.

Wait, so you're saying as time goes by, the past doesn't change?  Crap, karnal, now what do we do?

I love right wing nitwit logic:
The President of the United States of America is the most powerful position in the world.
Such that Obama can ruin America FOREVER in one day.
But it's INCONCEIVABLE that Bush had ANY affect on American past the day he left office.

palelizard: Science has proven the Party of Personal Responsibility lacks the capacity to understand the phrase "I am responsible".  It's like when you ask a kid with brain damage what he calls a black-and-white striped horse, and the kid says "Ebra."  He's incapable of understand he's wrong, because the kind of damage he's got basically creates a world in his perceptions where "Z" doesn't exist, can't exist.

This will not be the last time a parallel is drawn between the GOP and brain-damaged children.

You can delegate authority, you cannot not delegate responsibility or accountability. That shiat always flows uphill, not downhill. That's not to say that people up and down the chain can't be held accountable by the people above them but the ultimate responsibility lies with the person or people who picked the people who they gave the authority to.

Do you recall that whole "Heck of a job Brownie" thing? Bush got rightfully lambasted for appointing him and it seems that Obama deserves the same treatment here and that Selibus needs to be fired for incompetence, if for no other reason than she apparently was not telling her boss that there were major problems with healthcare.gov.
