This just goes to show that anything delivered with an English accent sounds better.  I like that she, a woman that has already rolled her car doesn't immediately blame the tow guy.

The guy's posture just screams, "Oh...it's going to be one of those days."

The dumbass is the one who rolled the car in the first place.

Are tow truck drivers better than they are here? I can't farking stand them here. Just watched one run through a red light while it was pouring down rain and almost hit a turning car this morning.

I think the takeaway from that is that they are better than you or me.

Why was the car in neutral?  Car had some serious damage already so what's a bit more?  Insurance company will just assume that damage was due to the roll over.

Probably because the woman didn't think setting the handbrake was important when she climbed out of the rolled-over car.  In fact, I might say that would knock me out of sorts as well.

Alternative answer: people in the rest of the world still drive manuals.

Now, if he only had some mechanical means to get it out of the ditch...hmmm.

I guess but in my first accident this summer that was the first thing I did before getting out (also manual transmission) and I thought everyone that drives a manual knows that.  Only in America is the Auto more popular than the Manual.

I'd go with, the car is upside down, get the fk out.
But yeah, I drive a manual Mazda3. Handbrake goes on before the car gets turned off.
I've only forgotten once, and that was when I was learning to drive.

It sounded like the cable might have snapped so poss not inept.

number one rule when righting a vehicle: Either make sure the emergency brake is applied or you have a tire block ready to stop the roll.

/Plus loose fitting chains/cable/ may pop off when it gets right.
//If the chain doesn't pop off, it may drag the towtruck to its death as well.

Where is 'here'?  Here's a video from Korea.  The tow truck drivers here should be in prison for the way they drive.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QC0aOZZDjq4

How do you think that car was going to drag a twice as heavy planted tow truck?

/He did give a good 'well, that happened' shrug.
