Normally, I couldn't be less interested in a "twitter fight."  But I love English sarcasm and really love listening to Clarkson beat up on Morgan.  However, the page won't load so my integrity is accidentally safe.

piers morgan is a thin-skinned little prig. i love watching clarkson slapping him around - on twitter or in person.

Normally I hate making news out of twitter, and think anything going on over there is ridiculous, but damn that made me laugh. Piers is such a buffoon, Jeremy has wit.

Awwwww... but he's so useless!  All he does is provide a living strawman for conservatives to hold up and mock liberals.

I was going to say, not to be confused with a spitter twat, which some people pay extra to see.

Calling them "blowhards" is an insult to our 'merikun friends. Let's stick with "monumental twats".

/Either that or only looking at the last couple weeks of polling because they're running a 3-episode "Best Of" set.

Clarkson owns "Top Gear" the brand, so even the TG:US is his baby, but you're right that it is stupid to throw out the "your ratings suck during off-season re-runs" jab.

The spying and phone tapping aside, I like Piers Morgan. I enjoy his interviewing style and his voice. He has a haughty manner that can really get under the skin of his interview subjects, and it creates some very entertaining TV. My two favorite Piers Morgan interviews: Robert Blake and Alex Jones. The Charlie Sheen one was pretty good too - but he went a little easy on Sheen, I think. Piers has a way of using his tone and body language to communicate, "I think you are so stupid" without actually saying it. He's very good at what he does. I just wish more people would watch his show so it wouldn't be so close to the chopping block.
