I'm in favor of this.  We already call bars the 'watering hole', can we start calling coffee shops the 'bung hole'?

Starbucks sent a cease-and-desist letter in October of last year...

To which Maslae replied "ARE YOU THREATENING ME?"

SIgh I'm usually against corporate America suing individual people and small businesses but this is a clear cut case of trademark infringement,  perhaps not with the name but the logo.

""I will fight them to the end," he told the Guardian."

Ohhhh, that's a good idea pal... I'd wager an awful lot of money he doesn't have nearly a pocketbook nearly the thickness that Starbucks' is. Your logo's pretty much an exact rip of the Starbucks one judging by the above pic, except with a horribly drawn man who's in the same freaking pose as the mermaid. Appears to be the same font as well, not to mention the exact same layout.

Well, most coffee is harvested from goat dung, so the name at least makes sense.

Damrong Maslae. He's damn wrong that his logo isn't an infringement. If he thinks Starbucks is going to pay him $100,000, he's damn wrong about that too.
