Michael Bennett ripped Schiano 3 new assholes in that NFL.com article this morning. Good thing TB has to come to SEA next week.

I might take the Bucs with the points, but this game might end up like the AZ-SEA game last year that came right after all the public sniping between Wisenhunt and Dockett (or was it another of the Defensive guys?). Probably not 58-0, but could certainly end up with a 25 or 30-point spread at the end.

Is there a connection between the Bucs and MRSA, or is it just a simple homophone pun?

Three of their players contracted MRSA from the team training facility.

3 of their players have been diagnosed with MRSA, including Lawrence Tynes who had to have some kind of semi-permanent anti-biotic delivery sytem surgically installed.

Tyne's wife was awesome with her tweets and pictures after the Bucs said "everybody is just fine!".

After last week's game at Atlanta, the Falcons had a hazmat team sterilize the visitor's locker room.

The Buccaneers have imploded kind of. The example from last years was internal stuff with Arizona too. Now we have a nfl.com article this morning where current and former players just destroyed Schiano.

Just keep this in the back of your minds.  Sooner or later everyone will have to Pick Jacksonville as a winner in their Survival leagues.  Picking against them every week is working out fine but sooner or later you'll have to pay the piper.  And I can't see a single game of theirs where there is the least bit of hope for a win.

Kinda wish we could have Mike Tirico doing this one too. Earlyish in the 3rd quarter of the MNF game he said something like "this quarter has just been terrible football" after the 5th or 6th consecutive punt.

You're right, I didn't... was the Vikings/Giants game that bad?  At least Eli finally got one in the win column.

Seriously, though, I can't think of a less important or interesting match-up this season... and that includes any of the games on the Jags trip to 0-16.

I guess i don't play survivor leagues , but, I thought you only picked a winning team each week.... shouldn't that only be 17 diffrerent teams you have to use?

Right, while you can't pick the same team more than once, that doesn't mean you have to pick every team once, as there are twice as many teams as games.  So, no, you won't have to pick Jacksonville.

As long as they are on the NFL Network, only hard core fans with change will watch. Or those in a bar.

It was absolutely horrible on Monday. I don't know that I've ever seen two teams play as badly as the Giants and Vikings did on Monday. Freeman threw 53 passes and didn't get over 200 yards. He set a record for overthrown balls with something like 16. The Giants offense consisted of Eli Manning completeing a pass on every 3rd drive and Peyton Hillis running 2 yards (or less) in a straight line and falling down at the first hint of contact.

FFS, Shariff Floyd, yes the Vikings rookie Defensive Tackle,  fumbled a kickoff return.

I had Adrian Peterson going in fantasy, but i had already won both my games handily. I was actually kind of hoping someone on SNF would shiat the bed to give me a reason to watch MNF, but I had at least a 10pt lead in each league before MNF.

Sports betting is for when I'm in Vegas.

Tampa's got a pretty good run defense.  statistically the run game (Cam) is all Carolina has going for it...
I am a Carolina fan, but think that this one could be a close one, in that case go with the dog at home.

I took Tampa +6.5 on Sunday, but after sitting on it all week I bought my way out with Panthers -6.5

The more I heard this week about Schiano the more I didn't want anything to do with this team.

Good luck, i'm drinking the juice tonight.

A decent pick yeah but I couldn't call it safe.  I think betting against the Jags is safer.

That's what plan usually is, but it might be worth hanging on to SF for when decent team selections get meager. Also, I know it's generally a bad idea to "save" teams.
