The 'singer' has an entirely too punchable face.

Why do I get the feeling that this dance remix is actually an improvement on the original...?

That's not hardcore, that's just a feckin' tantrum set to a dance track

/and funny for the 'band'

Given the quality of that 'revenge' backing music they were probably smart not to pay him. And holy crap I bet their real recording is even worse.

I miss the days when  guys like this just wrote it all down in their diary and didn't pollute the air with their horrible generic music

Came here to say that I was sure the actual recording was worse, but it's been covered. Still, worth repeating.

I see that this has been covered already so I will just move along to another thread...

I'm going to assume that the backing music was also made to sound crappy/generic.

I thought about looking for the original version, then I realized I don't care enough to even spend the time to Google it. (but enough to post here)

LewDux: "hard core band"?

Looking at the band, be glad it's not THAT kind of hardcore.

if that band just tried a littttttle harder with their image they'd be going places. Doing a boneless on an old Monty Nolder deck is priceless hardcore.

Im the vocalist for Altitudes
its crazy seeing this, dan our engineer do something like this to us.
we never put the video out, we never put the song up for download or even share it.
Basically we just weren't financially stable at the time but we WERE planning on paying him back. after seeing this its crazy because we never thought he would act in such a way. Were not sorry because our intentions werent to let his hardwork go un paid for. Thats all I have to say. Thank you to the ones who care!

Holy F*ck that was bad.

Came in to rag on his skating, glad it has been covered. I don't care how good you are, as long as you're having fun I consider you a skater. That does not mean you should put it in the music video, that was just sad.

This might have been a brilliant move, if the music that he actually produced out of that was actually available to listen to and was any good (for what it is).

Unfortunately, the only example of this guy's work is this awful dreck.

Considering that the original was, I believe, supposed to be angst-grunge-metal... yes.

Dude needs to go finish puberty, then come back and retry the Cookie Monster vocals.
Because... just no.

Sounds fine to me.

Watching what the guitarist and drummer were doing, I'd have to agree. It looked like it was supposed to be a plodding, 'heavy' song, and the sound engineer saved us from this being unleashed ever again.

One Youtuber had it right, this is "Puberty: The Song"

So....I think this would actually make a good new genre.

Depressed Cookie Monster Dance Tunes Vol 10 coming soon.

Singer reminds me of Rick Moranis.
