You say "You're kid is too young for trick or treating, stop being an attention whore, raise your kid, stop using him to get attention"

The kid's age aside, that's an awesome idea for a costume!  Wish I'd thought of it when my son was young enough to wear it :)

A two year old is too young to play dress up and ask for candy?  When my daughter was two, she played dress up all the time, and on occasion, we gave her a piece of candy.  I didn't realize combining these two acts makes one an attention whore.  Thanks for enlightening me.  I guess I've been doing this parenting thing all wrong this whole time.

Someone actually suggested something like this to me for my kid this year (he's 8). I had never heard of it before, so I looked it up, and it's apparently an incredibly easy costume, according to one site. You need dollar-store glow bracelets, and packing tape. Crack the bracelets, tape them to the kid's clothes, and you're done.

/CSS: I decided it was too easy though, so now my kid's going as Tesla. I'm so proud. Squee!

So basically you give the kid a hand-made sign that says "Thank you Lord for thinkin' 'bout me, I'm a alive and doin' fine".

It's hard being stuck in West Virginia with a cowboy hat that's 3 sizes too small.  I feel bad for harshing his gig now.....

My kids never believe me when I tell them what Tesla's songs are about.

Pretty deceptively sharp group of rockers.

It's a neat effect, especially with a toddler's erratic movements, but the idea isn't exactly new. It even comes pre packaged now.

I see that you were also raised in a soviet orphanage. The Leader is correct in stating that experiencing "fun" before the age of 7 could be detrimental to a child's development. I may lead to heroin abuse or dancing. That's why this hallow even my toddler will be at home washing the car and practicing multiplication tables while his appropriately aged older siblings go door to door handing out pamphlets decrying the decadence of sweetend foodstuffs.
