I'm afraid what she'll look like when the movie comes out...

I'd be okay with that. It seems like the movie is alread written anyway. The whole fourth season seemed to be leading to a big payoff in the movie, so why deviate from the plan.

I really just hope everyone's filming schedule allows them to be in more scenes together.

Mitchell Hurwitz had a very enjoyable cameo as "Cool Eric" in Workaholic.

That is all

I'm already pretending the 4th season didn't happen, so they can go ahead and put out a movie that I'll ignore too.

Already Disturbed: I'm afraid what she'll look like when the movie comes out...

I agree that whatever work she's had done was jarring to see, especially if you had an AD refresher marathon before the 4th season came out, but I also think that everyone's hair and make up were crap all through the 4th season and made everyone look worse than reality. Wtf was up with Maeby's hair? Why did George Michael look like a child molester the whole time? Are these plot points or just bad craftsmanship?

I gave up on the 4th season after a few episodes. Honestly, a good portion of the third season was crap too.

Here's how it works, you see......What you want should be your goal, but what you ask for should be monumentally larger so that your actual demand is peanuts next to it.

For example - my goal is to defund Obamacare.  So, I demand that government is shut down and default on its debts.  Then, when you mention what you would take instead, everyone will flock to it and congratulate you on being so flexible.

Brilliant, right?

I actually thought she was Sally Sitwell the first time I saw her in Season 4.

I loved the first three seasons but I'm actually inclined to agree with you.  The show was great overall but the wheels started to come off of it at the end.

Arrested Development is the flop of the year due to overhype.

It makes total sense to do what is basically a 90 minute episode next.

It wasn't even the flop of the year on Netflix, let alone all of television.

The Tobias and GOB episodes were great. The others - not so much.

I thought the George/Oscar episode was pretty funny too.  The Tobias and GOB eps definitely took the top spots, though.  Not too hard, considering they were (in my opinion) the best characters.

/Desperately want to see a courtroom drama revolving around Saul Goodman and Barry Zuckerkorn.

I watched three episodes of the new season and fell asleep. Never watched it again. Maybe once I'm done with breaking bad but I just couldn't get through those episodes.

I got about 2/3ds through season 4 before I lost interest. It was pretty meh.

Only if it's featuring the William Hung Jury

Also agree.

The concept for the 4th season was great; the execution, meh.  Some great moments, and, oddly, quite a bit of boring material.  I wonder if it would have been any better if they had to keep each episode to 22 minutes?

They've already come out and said that it's because Portia de Rossi was wearing a wig to hide her new haircut. She's likely had some work done, but it was more makeup than Kopelson Plastic and Silicon.

I just rewatched season 4 to see how it holds up with the passage of time and the lowering of expectations.

As I expected, it really grows on you. The multi-layered jokes are a lot easier to enjoy once they've sunk in, and the show feels a lot more cohesive and interesting when you understand where things are going and how the tie together.

I highly recommend to anyone who was let down or disappointed to give it another chance. There's so much to like about season 4, and the episodes they led with, which seem like the weakest of the bunch, are so much funnier when you know the context of, say, Michael's living in the dorm, or Lucille's imprisonment.

I believe it was William Hung and his Hung Jury.
