Seems the telemarketers had a field day with the FCC and FTC complaints pages gone from the web during Ted Cruz's shutdown. Guess those robocall companies now owe Ted some politcal calling time for that election.

Read about the problems people had with the rollout of Medicare  Part D under Bush, and how the Democrats threatened to hold up the debt ceiling unless Republic...oh, wait, they didn't.
