Do you know what's scary about microscopic filth? Nothing if the news media doesn't constantly rant about it.

While the article is your typical: Bacteria is EVERYWHERE! Schtick, it is true that
lots of people try on halloween masks  and they didn't necessarily think to use good hygine when they did it.

Plus the Silver Shamrock masks have a computer chip that will kill you when their ad plays on tv.

'Training' of a child's immune system is the embodiment of the adage "if it doesn't kill you, it makes you stronger".

All the microscopic filth

Masks?  Pshaw.  Masks ain't got nuthin' on beards.

A few Halloweens ago I once went as Hannibal Smith in a Santa Suit (complete with M-16 and a Cubano).  The suit and rifle came from a professional costume shop, and were both very realistic.  (I'm lucky I didn't get shot by cops while taking my son out trick or treating...)

But the beard: OMG.  It smelled like the previous wearer had worn it while eating rotten fish and then vomiting into a syphilitic chocha.

But the costume was a hit... everybody loves Santa with an M-16 and fat cigar.
