dv-ous: With all the wackos out there, I'm kinda surprised the record is "only" 21 people. You'd think some fraternity somewhere would have gotten 30 volunteers no problem.
gfid: They give away world's records for the stupidest things these days.I got my first copy of the Guinness Book of Word's Records in 1975 and yeah, I thought it was cool, but I was a kid and it didn't include so much stupid stuff back then - or at least it didn't as far as I can recall. If I had dropped every cigarette butt I'd ever smoked on the floor of my living room they'd probably give me a world's record for that too, but it would be stupid...and gross.
MarkEC: "Mark Simone, a minister at the Federated United Church of Christ in Chagrin Falls, was set on fire with 20 other people for 32 seconds, setting a Guinness World Record along the Cuyahoga River.....""It's all about bringing positives to Cleveland, and if we have to set ourselves on fire to do it, then so be it,'' Berwick said.Burning near the Cuyahoga River.......bringing positives to Cleveland? You cant make this stuff up folks! The only Burning River that is a positive for Cleveland is Great Lakes Burning River Pale Ale.
AverageAmericanGuy: If you lived in Cleveland, you'd set yourself on fire too.
