Ishkur: So, when the 100 people leave, the bully just resumes bullying?
GBB: only way to deal with bullies:
GBB: Ishkur: So, when the 100 people leave, the bully just resumes bullying?Sadly, like most people that stand up to bullying, it probably got worse.
Rattlehead: What's with all the cars with their hoods up? Coincidental car trouble or did they turn it into an impromptu car show?
Alonjar: Pot Pie Man:/probably just became an internet tough guy.Better than being an internet pussy, amirite?
Pichu0102: Next soul crushing link in 3... 2...
Enormous-Schwanstucker: Ishkur: So, when the 100 people leave, the bully just resumes bullying? As someone who is witnessing something similar occurring with my sister and her daughter the confidence building part is actually very beneficial. Yeah, the guy will probably continue to bully the kid some more but this has to help him.Nice to see that, even in some small way, the usually useless Facebook is indeed proven useful. The shocking part was the principal exercising restraint and good judgment by letting it happen. I'm sure Facebook will get back to the useless slacktivism with the ubiquitous 'share this blah blah blah to show your support' crap we've come to dislike so much.
No Such Agency: And if that doesn't make you feel better, here's the royal Yummy Mummy playing volleyball in skinny jeans.
Alleyoop: "The school didn't know about the rally, and it caused quite a commotion at first with all those cars and people showing up. But as soon as the principal learned why it was happening, he let it happen."THAT is the amazing part.
DubtodaIll: Yeah coddle the weak, that's really something to out your faith in.
sbchamp: Can't just stand up to 'em?I did(in the '70s)
ciberido: So.... am I missing something, are y'all missing something, or are we supposed to agree that this reported change of heart was insincere or temporary?
