(Uproxx)   You might just think you're sick of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up," but that's only because you've never heard it sung completely in Klingon. We can fix that   (uproxx.com) divider line 15

I kind of want to hear Christopher Lee sing the song in Klingon now.

TheDirtyNacho: This makes sense.  Klingons are renown for their love poetry.

Just great.  Now the next step is to hear it in Vogon, a species also known for their poetry.

serial_crusher: So what's the deal with the Starfleet guy?  He's tending bar for a bunch of Klingons, in uniform for some reason, but he doesn't have a comm badge or rank insignia.
I guess maybe the Klingons kidnapped him and are forcing him to be their bartender, but he seems a little too happy about it.  Maybe he's AWOL?

That isn't a uniform, it's their version of camp meant to make the wearer feel like some sort of military basses.

The Klingons of course mock him constantly about it. No human uniform could ever compare to having a lobster grafted to one's forehead. That shiat is hardcore.

That could've been so much better if he just sounded more like a Klingon.

Instead it just sounded like some bad singer from Dubai or something.

See? See how well I can spot high levels of geek?

What you've not learned today, is that its not a matter of spotting high levels of geek. You simply lay the trap, something blatantly wrong - "He's missing the dealiebobbers on his uniforgiggit!" - and the geeks will find you.

He's clearly former Star Fleet turned Maquis teaming up with the Klingons against the Cardassians.

Unfreakable: Can I just politely suggest that you add a "geekiest link of the year" category? Sure, we have a whole category for geek stuff but this is just operating on a whole different plane. I mean, damn.
