During my 15 years at Universal, J-Lo was by far the worst celebrity to deal with.

She would refuse to stop at the main gate to get her drive on pass, she expected the Security Officers to recognize her car from a distance and have the gate arm raised well before she got to them so she didn't have to interact with the officers. We (Security Management) did not allow this and it did not please her (lots of hissy fits). She eventually complied.

On one occasion, she sent her assistant to the commissary to get her a sandwich. The assistant returns with the sandwich and J-Lo takes it and inspects it, it isn't the way she wanted it, so she throws the whole thing in her assistant's face.
