One thing that struck Pyrooz was how technically savvy young gang members were. The "digital divide" that once separated residents of large urban areas from those in more affluent communities has disappeared as a result of handheld technology, he said.

On the streets, gang members go online to monitor the movements of police officers and warn one another or give an "all clear" when officers depart, said Ferrell of the gang investigators association.

I work with cops. They say they've been arresting these ganger-bangers with state of the art assaukt weapons like AK-47s, AK-47s, AK-47s, AK-47s, AK-47s, AK-47s, and Glock-styled pistols. They also say they find these communication devices that work just like a house phone except they don't have to have the wire plugged in to the socket.

These cellular phones also can send and receive "texting messages" and photos that don't have to be developed at the Photo Cube in the local grocery store parking lot. The police say they are bewildered by these devices and wonder what super criminal element is putting them in to the hands of these felons.

GreenSun: Because they are dumb enough to publicize their own crimes.

A lot of idiots have been arrested for posting videos of themselves attacking people and doing other serious crimes.

They gangs need more organization in order to properly instruct fresh meat to the ways of the street.

Where's Cyrus when you need him?

You know, for the bite in the apple.
