I would add- if you think Sesame Street is rolling in dough due to all of the dolls and toys, its obvious that you have never worked in the field of licensing, where someone can use a likeness or a character to make things and gives you peanuts compared to how much they make of of the items.

NPR is a not for profit. Oil companies are. Guess who gets more gvt subsidies ?

It wasnt closed  ...
And the Govt doesnt run NPR, they do get some federal dollars, but a lot of it comes from trusts and foundations and listeners like, well, not you. But dont let that stand in the way , teahadist
