To be fair, it can take awhile to find something that rhymes with Lewinsky

snowblob. growmob. sockcutter. bumkuzzler.

Got a fat knot from that rap profit
Made a living and a killing off it
Ever since Bill Clinton was still in office
With Monica Lewinsky feeling on his nut-sack

A "how long I've been rapping" call-back to some cultural signpost is really pretty standard fare.

Sorry Eminem. We only allow one white rapper at a time. It's time for you to learn to shop at the thrift shop.

This, it's an old reference because he's referencing how old he is.

Yeah, we have that real n***a Justin Beiber.  Who needs Eminem?

Double this.

It's all about context, yo.

It's never pathetic when a 40 year old man clings to his youth, no matter how he references it.

I know I'm strange but...I want to see Monica Lewinksy do a Playboy spread.

His main flow he's getting credit for he took straight off Eyedea from Now.  Not a huge deal since they all stole off each other to some extent, and plenty of lesser known people did mostly the same things, but cadence and tone is exact same.

Cool outrage ad for Eminem's new song, bro.

chevyguy68: Not a fan of Rap God, but Berzerk is a jam.

Oh my lord.  I bought The Slim Shady LP the day it came out, but I think Berzerk is worse than any Kesha song I've ever heard.  But to each his own.

I think most of the similarity is due to where they grew up and socioeconomic class.  Eyedea was slower and did a lot less internal rhyme, in my opinion.

I've been a hip hop head for about 20 years now. This dude has become a parody of himself. Terrible ear for beats, he thinks he needs to sing every hook, teenage angst ridden lyrics from a dude who just hit 40. For being one of the most talented lyricists of all time he sure makes corny ass music lately. Dear Em - get back on drugs, lose all your money and you can start making dope music again.

Old rapper makes rap about how long he's been rapping, references old stuff.

New At 11.

Retarded article, retarded subby.

You think Madonna's a 40-yr-old man? Don't be ridiculous. Madonna's a LOT older than 40.

Eminem and Kanye. Finding an ability to consistently make an album worse than their previous one.

It is impressive that they can have such awesome starts and such horrible new music.

Does ANYONE?  I realized today that modern rap and country music have basically the same formula.  Rap music is just people talking about how "hardcore" and "street" they are, and country music is just people singing about how "country" they are.

But mention Clinton being a sleazeball will not go over with the liberals.

That was the joke. That is all he rapped about. He had it soooo rough.

Eminem, just like Korn and Godsmack was that stuff you listened to in elementary and middle school because it was edgy and now years later you realize how badly it sucks. Honestly I would go back in time to kick my own ass when I could have listened to so much better. At least my parents had the backing to play classic rock which I am now hooked on.

homarjr: Sorry, but "Recovery" is one of the best hip hop albums of the last 20 years.

When writing my comment, that was the one thing that I knew didn't completely fit. Recovery is definitely better than Relapse (and probably Encore, as well). But, the comment works better without qualifications.

I'm not sure about best hip hop of the last 20 years, though. I was just happy he admitted the accents were goddamn stupid.

He rhymed "office" with "on his". His flow is extremely technical now, and writing it out doesn't 'look' any way how it 'sounds'.

And yeah, retarded author doesn't understand the context of the line.

He's one of my favorites but Doom hasn't exactly been tearing it up the last couple years either, he's definitely been in lazy mode since Born Like This. The new Jneiro Jarel collab was good though.
