I would venture to say a significant overlap. I'd put it in the better than 75% overlap (at an extremely conservative estimate)

Until your government grows up and works together I think it should be mocked to the fullest every day and at every opportunity.  It was initially prosperous that the chain of events actually went the way they did, at this point its just sad.

They've been saying it since the 70's from my memory, and I suspect much longer.
