(Cleveland Plain Dealer)   It can be awkward when your boss walks into the second-floor restroom and uses the stall right next to yours. Especially when he's in the woman's restroom   (cleveland.com) divider line 25

Awkward?  More like "Tuesday".

That would be awkward. I don't want my boss knowing I use the women's restroom.

Yeah, calling the police? overreact much?

I mean, I could understand a frank "Hey man, don't do that anymore" kind of conversation.
If he has been acting more pervy by talking to people, getting personal or whatever then maybe get HR involved.
But hell the men's room was probably closed for maintenance and he took a shiat in the other room and then left  -you're gonna call the police over that?

... and if it had been a woman in the men's room?

Christ, I suppose he's gotta go on the sex-offender registry now, right?

1. This guy takes supervision to a whole new level.
2. What we have here is a classic second floor shiat house stalker.
3. Shame on you for peeping at other people in the bathroom. Mind your own "business."

People on this side of the world get so hung up on where you poop.

I am so not understanding this.

Do you people strut around naked when you are trying to psych yourselves up for going to the bathroom or something? Do you piss for distance?

Good grief.

If there are stalls (as indicated in this story) what the hell is the problem?

She called the cops?
I'm sorry, that's just insane.  I hope HR finds some creative way to fire her.

Ya see, back in the good ole days they just sent the wimminz off to the menstrual hut for a week to keep their uncleanliness away from the general public, and rightfully so. Now a mans last line of defense from this unholy bloodletting is separate bathrooms, and most of you farkers will come in here saying "oh why can't we be more European and have unisex bathrooms, were all adults blah blah" ...because I don't want to see bloody corks and pads laying around.

Or you could bond over it.

It could be more awkward if their boss is actually a woman.

According to yesterdays thread, this is a non issue. Maybe he identifies with women.

Which woman's restroom? Is the woman in question the only woman in the company, or was she trespassing as well in some other woman's restroom? And if the restroom is in fact for some particular woman, then why is there more than one stall? Or any stall, for that matter?

9-1-1 WRONG NUMBER, ORANGE PLACE: Police disregarded a call to the emergency dispatch center from the Super 8 Motel on the evening of Oct. 8 after it was learned that the caller was just trying to order a pizza, and had somehow dialed the wrong number.

Slow news day I guess.

Maybe the men's room is a mess because there are a lot of insecure guys who are afraid of standing at a urinal.

Did he expose himself? Did he spy on her? Agreed, I don't see a crime here.

Next time he should pee on all of the seats, welcome to our world ladies!

I work in a building with 75+ staff.  1 woman's, 1 man's and 1 handicapped.  The handicapped/ multiple use washroom mysteriously converted to women's leaving the men strapped.  You have a chance to go only to find the only washroom available is occupied by someone reading the newspaper.  The previously labeled multiple use room is right there too.  I go there and I don't care who sees me.  Even admin use it.  It's a stall.  And don't even start about the seat thing.  I leave it down.  I go in there after a woman leaves and either pee or blood on the seat?  What's the worry?  As far as I am concerned, they should all be unisex.

or maybe she was in men's room
