I ran into something like this once I think.  Mine was also on Yahoo chat back in the day, like one of the other posters above.

I got an incoming message from someone I didn't know with the infamous a/s/l? question.  I replied with the truth - I think I was 25 at the time.

The person replied saying she was 16 and needed someone to buy booze and come over and party.  If they did she'd make sure she "made it worth their time".

I bailed immediately, but not before blocking her and telling her that if she ever contacted me again I was reporting her to the cops.   However, I am pretty sure that was the cops.  That stuff doesn't happen in real life.

I agree this dude was entrapped but who doesn't bail as soon as the age 14 shows up in that conversation?  No normal person would keep talking.

Wanted: one fat ugly cigar-chomping middle-aged cop who'll wear a Schoolgirl uniform for an extreme porn film. Male preferred but flexible. Replies with photos get faster response.

Some people can get incredibly lonely and desperate. Take this guy for example, who the Fates gave a pet possum.

Me, I talk to myself a good part of the time. And I have a pet chicken that gets a weekly choking. If it weren't for Fark I don't know what I'd do.

Ergo, some goodhearted soul should find the entrapped guy in TFA and give him a Totalfark subscription for a month. That'll fix him!
