I' sure this is someplace where there's no shortage of water, but living in Southern California, I actually found that hard to watch.

Protip -- if you're trying to fool the insurance company, don't film yourself doing it on purpose.

I don't know, I'm thinking my adjuster would notice the 2ft x 3ft hole in the ceiling.

Yeah, I'm thinking that the insurance company would not really be fooled by something like this.

Ah, thanks.  I guess I didn't get it because I've never had the urge to fill a room with water, or even really thought about what would happen if I did.  And I think about some weird shiat, but that particular scenario never came up.

Yea. I didn't think the guys in the video were trying to sell that as 'let's fool some insurance people!'

I always thought it would be cool if my house was filled with water and I could swim through it like some sort of Mario Bros level.

I would have guessed it's a training, or what-if scenario along the lines of how firefighters will take a doomed house and set it on fire to practice putting it out. But maybe I was fooled by the firehose hanging through the ceiling.
