Seeing that the air cannon class has a notoriety for causing the most pies, I think that railguns and LIMs would shoot more pies than punkins.

A couple years back my daughter designed and built a trebuchet for her fifth grade science class.  At the rate things are progressing, I expect to see "My Little Siege Engine" on Amazon by next year.
