Once I heard that accent, I expected something to leap out and try to kill him.

Why would you want to take something disgustingly unhealthy and make it at home?
That guy looks like he enjoys a few too many of those pies

I'm guessing this is intended for people who like the way they taste?  I'm told there are quite a few.

Had an unfortunate run in with a McDonald's Napalm Bomb earlier in my life.

These days I keep myself safe with a store bought apple pie, a microwave, ice cream and coffee.

Mocking fat people is an easy target, but I do think he should've edited out the part where he says "It's always good to indulge once in a while" if only because of the obvious retort that would pop into the heads of every snarky viewer.

Whose mocking? He's fat and he just showed us why he is fat. Then he eats one and presumably gets fatter in front of us.

Nobody.  Absolutely nobody eats at McDonald's and the places are always empty.

"Start with three green apples, peeled, cored and chopped up."

Already too much cooking for me.

I have a pie iron but it's for indoor cooking on my stove top. Anyone know if these camping ones can be used on my glass top stove? Or know of a similar product for indoor use? Mine is a biatcheap and it's falling apart. Love it though. Makes the best grilled cheese sammiches.

You can buy a similar product, but it's electric. So open it, spray w/Pam, slice of bread, filling of choice, another slice of bread. It even has a light (iirc) to tell you when it's done. Was good for my kids to make snacks after school, and I didn't have to worry about them using the stove.
