vudutek: Sad to report that Boo crossed the bridge this morning. Thank all of you for your prayers and support.
wooden_badger: Lucky let us know it was time yesterday when he couldn't keep any food down and he had difficulty getting around. He passed over the Rainbow Bridge peacefully this morning to join his friend Buddy. He had lost even more weight since his last vet visit and I couldn't bear to make him go through any more if it was to just prolong his life a few weeks.[i137.photobucket.com image 639x480]Rest in peace, my little friend.

lilyspad: I think Lily sat her butt on my keyboard and somehow managed to make everything smaller, including the pics, but I'm still at full page on the monitor. Anyone know how to change it back?? Damn kat.....
Cloudchaser Sakonige the Red Wolf: Several months ago, my family's youngest cat, a Siamese mix named Emperor Ming suddenly disappeared and hasn't been seen since. This 3 month old fellow appeared in Wednesday's paper in the usual Sevier County Humane Society ad. We went to see him. First sight was of him desperately wanting out of his cage and as he was held, he purred and "kneaded" the air. He came home Thursday afternoon after he got fixed and hasn't stopped purring since! No fear of the other cats, playfully chases the border collie and loves to be around people[scontent-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net image 850x398]
starsrift: Thx farkers, I just like seeing all the cute sometimes.Wish my own cat was photogenic; sadly she's a tortie and blends into everything.
Cork on Fork: First Caturday thread I could bring myself to visit since I lost my guy in June (complications from feline diabetes). I forgot how awesome these were.
domari: DoomsDayAardvark: The Ice Queen: DoomsDayAardvark: Oh gad, I need some cat time. Today was crappy. After several years of putting it off, I finally made a dentist appointment for today. I hate going to the dentist, but I could no longer put it off. So I left work early to make sure to give myself plenty of time. Hit every damn light as it turns red. Then as I'm about to turn onto the last street I need...*bam* road closed. Figure I'll go around the block. Fine plan, except for the train that decided this was a good time to pull through town (seriously...the hell?). And then I have the appointment and, hooray! I get to have a root canal. So there goes another couple grand that I don't need to spend./sigh//needs to pet a kitten or something///kitten shortageI have 5 foster kittens doing their best at making me laugh. They are such bad kittens. This is the little vulture, she sits on the back of my chair or on my back like "Whatcha doin"[i1210.photobucket.com image 768x1024]Was it you that volunteers for Cozy Cat? If so do you guys have any particularly pettable kittens at the moment? I might need to visit some this weekend.Too bad you aren't closer to NY. I have some new little ones you would love to visit with!![farm4.staticflickr.com image 640x480]
Goldstien Sachs: This was my Caesar kitty, I lost him to cancer some months back and I dearly miss him. He was the mouse-killingest kitty I've ever had, usually bringing us three every night, sometimes more...a regular green-house guardian. I sure miss you Caesar kitty, I know you're giving those mice hell wherever you are.[img.fark.net image 600x419]
sno man: predle: every once in a while I get a good one.that first one inspired me, hope you don't mind...[imageshack.com image 413x391]with apologies to Andy Warhol too...
SpeelChuck: My take-aways from Thumper's story:1. Thumper is adorable, and I love how he doesn't even know he's "broken." He's just enjoying living his life to the fullest that he can. There's a lesson there for all of us.2. NINE KITTENS rescued in ONE DAY. We must learn how to do better in our cities and towns. Those nine kittens were nine kittens too many, born into a situation that pretty much guarantees a life of suffering and want. How fortunate that they were rescued, but we must do better to help all the rest of them. TNR, people! And it goes without saying, ADOPT!
I found an awesome shirt on Shirtwoot about a week ago. I couldn't not buy it...
