There's like, what, maybe a dozen 'real' Lego bricks on that robot? Same for the Iron Man. I see the sets these days, and 90% of the sets are custom one-off pieces.

Building stuff like the Lego Treats (last image) is what Lego was all about.

When the pieces are molded into specific shapes and only fit a certain way, isn't it, at that point, just a model?
