(Huffington Post)   So that whole "Bigfoot DNA" claim is almost undoubtedly a hoax, but this PA hiker shot some amazingly non-blurry photos of SOMETHING pretty strange moving through the woods in Kinzua State Park   (huffingtonpost.com) divider line 53

Bigfoot is naturally blurry, so any in-focus pictures must be of something else.

It's also considered bad form to use a stainless steel rifle when you are trying to remain camouflaged.

I actually spent a few minutes looking past the stump for something further back in the woods, because I didn't realize the stump was what was supposed to be Bigfoot.

I think, as a society, we're moving past the point of believing photographs.  Bigfoot isn't real unless you catch the farker and put him in the Bronx Zoo.

I should purchase one of those for Halloween then hang out near a cemetery and wail mournfully to see if I can get a hoax thing going.

I apologize.  I should have kept my shirt on during the hike.  Also, I typically don't shave on the weekends.

In the dense forests of the Pacific Northwest dwells the strange and beautiful creature known as Bigfoot, perhaps. Sadly, logging and human settlement today threaten what might possibly be his habitat, although if it's not, they don't. Bigfoot populations require vast amounts of land to remain elusive in. They typically dwell just behind rocks but are also sometimes playful, bounding into thick fogs and out-of-focus areas. Remember, it's up to us. Bigfoot is a crucial part of the ecosystem, if he exists. So let's all help keep Bigfoot possibly alive for future generations to enjoy unless he doesn't exist. The end.

Awesome! Futurama did a great job in that episode.

Also, there are a few other "Bigfoots" around the country. We got our Skunk Ape down here in the Everglades. Pretty much Bigfoot but smells a lot worse living in the swampy areas of the Everglades.

Oh come on. Everyone knows by now that Bigfoot is like mule deer. When they know they have been seen they have the power to turn into the shape of a tree or rock.

I was going to post to say that I was promised "non-blurry photos" which are clearly not in the article.    But I guess that is now moot.

Guys, if you can have an argument of whether its bigfoot or a tree stump, the photo is blurry.

Ok, sparky.  Now that we know it was nothing more than a tree stump, you wanna explain to us how it is you supposedly saw it moving?

The Skunk Ape is even more ludicrous than Bigfoot.  Has anyone who believes in it ever actually flown over the Everglades?  There's at least a hundred flights a day over it, not much ground cover in many parts, yet no one has ever spotted one.  There are parts of the the glades where you can stand on your kayak and see for a mile or two.
