I've never seen Archer, but that went a long way towards my clicking "record" on the DVR...

I too was way, way too entertained by that.  Goddammit, now I have to rewatch all the seasons a fourth time.

Worth fighting through the first couple of episodes.  The first one turned my wife off so much that she hated the show and me for liking it.  Sometime around season three she started enjoying bits and pieces overheard from the other room.  Eventually I started the series over with her, and now she's as big a fan as I am.

I'm going to be a bloodied Pam Poovey for Halloween.

that was my nickname in highschool: Worth fighting through the first couple of episodes. The first one turned my wife off so much that she hated the show and me for liking it. I randomly watched one of the first (just checked, it was the first) episodes and it wasn't quite fully baked yet, almost like an unaired pilot.  Even some of the shots were "weird", but the show does find its legs and from there on it is great.  It is a brilliant show and there are so many callbacks that are just there (not referenced) that you get more out of repeated viewings.

I appreciate the "all-in" level of commitment to detail, like the "Babou" patch on the jacket, "Duchess" for his call sign, "Barry ad "Other Barry" on the locker doors. The note-perfect hair on Lana and Pam.  Way to "commit to the bit"! Kudos!

At first, I was all like WTF.  But then, I was seriously like W. T. F.

If you wear that to work, then you'll create a hostile work environment and have to talk to HR.

Also, I'm a skinny dude.  So it's going to be an all-out assault on the senses.

I hope so, I'm not very happy about not being able to see The League anymore. And they'd better not move Justified.

For a show that has such a loose continuity when it comes to when it takes place (current tech mixed with 70's cars and references to eastern bloc communism), it maintains an amazing level of detail.
