I'm just glad he didn't go with "Sure he's quick but you can't outrun AIDs."

The overwhelming majority of sports fans are dicks.  News at 11.

/ Whenever an action movie shows a villain targeting a packed sports arena I wonder how it's supposed to build tension

Meh, I can see death threats for "Boom, there goes the dynamite" but that?

When I was in high school, we occasionally had track meets against a local school for juvenile boys.We always said the reason they sucked so bad was because they were the ones too slow to outrun the cops.

/We never said it to their faces though...

I was on the kid's side until this part of the article:

The boy's parents are currently seeking legal advice as to whether to sue the school and/or those who made the death threats against their son.

Yep, sue the school, because why shouldn't a lawyer make some money off this too?

I liked the draft system and glitches in the special teams coverage allowed me to hear this line quite often. And I do love this line.

Oh, then I guess that makes it a feature. I couldn't stand the glitches in run blocking, pass rush, tackling, penalties, injuries, receiving, etc.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think juvenile means?  Do you think it implies something bad because it's so often paired with the word delinquent?

The funny thing is, the monkey line is far less racist when you consider intent.

EA should totally get that kid to record play by play for one of their games. It'd make a great easter egg.

Oh that was what the uproar was about percieved racism.... I thought it was because of a precieved slight that the kid wasnt very speedy.

I didn't know one race had the monopoly on running from the cops.

/maybe it's run from the cops and succeed
//that should be a compliment, then!
