The sophisticated open-wheeled driver would never do anything so gauche.  Their worst indiscretion is clandestinely funding their mistress' abortion.

What surprised me wasn't the arrest, but the fact that he's 31st in points!

How the hell does that happen? At this point in the season, I think I have finished just as many races as him!

I hated him ever since Ted Musgrave got f*cked out of the truck series title.

Simple, he finishes ahead of the start and parkers.

Was coming here to say he'd be justified in menacing her a little, given all the times she has wrecked him this year.

MaudlinMutantMollusk: Another start and park

No.  They're slow and generally finish poorly but aren't a start and park operation.  As of now he's completed 7300 laps, compared with around 8400 for the chase drivers.

Start and park drivers don't average over 240 laps per start.

BK Racing is out there every week actually -trying- to win, deluded as they are. You can only get so far with hand-me-down Toyotas and D List drivers, but they're hardly a start'n'park.

Sorry.  I got riled up because I actually respect what they're trying to do.  Not many folks will show up and work hard every week knowing that a great finish will be 20th.

/You're right, he's probably parked.

So, who can they get to take that car? That's a tough one. I mean... it's not like Stewart going down. Of course you give that to Mark Martin. No brainer there. But BK racing is going to have to look in some dark corners to find the right guy. I'd be calling Reed Sorenson or someone like that.

Everyone loves Boris, but Boris isn't particularly fond of ovals. I find myself extremely curious on this one.

Depends on if they're looking just to finish this season or someone to carry over into 2014.

If you're talking just this year, they can probably have their pick of the top Nationwide drivers.  There are only six cup races left so they won't lose their cup rookie status for 2014 and even better, the four remaining Nationwide races are all companion events.  It is a great chance for one of those guys to get cup seat time in a reasonably respectable operation.

Outside of that, Allmendinger or Bobby Labonte (whoever's not in the 47 each week) are possibilities.  Labonte might even be a legit option going into 2014 if they ditch Kvapil.  He's said he wants to continue racing and even though his best years are behind him, IMO he'd still be an upgrade and has the sponsor/provisional qualifying benefits that come with being a past champion.

There are no drivers in Daytona qualifying, only passengers. Danica this year, for example.

Yeah, so pure and good. NASCAR is so tired of Chad's shiat that they're making him sit out part of practice...

In other words, they passed inspection. Got it.
