"Fake cocaine".  So was the guy unloading fake cocaine, or was he later involved in a sting to get some guy he was delivering it to?  It feels like this article is missing a paragraph or two.

Yeah, the reason you want to tell the agents what's really in the bag is because it's a 50/50 that it's just another shake down. No sense insulting their otherwise lack of intelligence. No sense wasting your own time. Either you part out a few dozen bricks to each "agent" and move along, or they seize everything, laugh their butts off as they part out whatever they want for themselves.

It may be probable since runners like to work in easy to grok numbers like... oh I don't know... 300 kilos instead of that 280 kilos being booked as evidence. I have to assume the agents took 10 kilos each as personal incentive awards.
