Hmm, uh....ok, so meth use, credit card theft, and wait a sec.....they paid a speeding ticket with a cop's stolen cc#?!? Dumb doesn't even begin to explain it.

Now the poor white girl is so sorry she done it (got caught). She just had to buy the essentials like pizza, tires & rims! Oh, and the meth, too.
