doosh: I guess it's too late for me. Too many years of sitting at the computer have given me a 24/7 stiff neck. If I tilt my head all the way either sideways or up and down it hurts so I do it on purpose to "work the pain out". It works for a little while but the pain always comes back. TFA didn't say what to do if you already have pain resulting from poor posture.
