Just going by fark stories you get at least 20 a week that deserve to die a painful and humiliating death.

WelldeadLink: BizarreMan: Meanwhile, Christopher Cruz, 28, who allegedly started the chain of events by slowing down his bike to let his pals ahead - leaving Lien to bump his car into him - said in an interview aired Monday that he felt no responsibility.
"
I was looking over my shoulder to see where my friends were," he told ABC News. "I wanted them to pull in front so I could follow them. I didn't brake, but when I looked over my shoulder, my hand came off the throttle a little, but the driver didn't slow down at all and bumped me."

Video shows a different story.

Also, the bikie violated human biology. You have to give a human at least two seconds to see what is happening and to react to it... and you can't be certain how they'll react. Count how many seconds there were between his starting to slow down and contact. Much less than two seconds -- the driver's foot may have been on its way to the brake pedal, but physics rules.

Not to mention the frames before it where the bikie was along side him in his lane and went out of his way to scoot in front of him at very close range.

Cop should be punished for not immediately shooting the whole family like he was trained.

The only thing the SUV driver did wrong was at the end when he met up with stopped traffic.  When the attackers closed him in from behind, the correct and just move to protect his family was to throw it into reverse and ram the scum behind him. If necessary, put it back into drive and run over some more.  Repeat as necessary untill the filth is just a pink goo.

Rinse the road off with a hose.  No funerals necessary or warranted.

Everyone involved sucks ass.

They boxed the SUV in with bikes/people.  That was their first mistake.  You don't get to imprison other people.  You are not the law enforcement (well some were...but that's another story).  You don't get to slash someone's tires and act aggressively with 20 or 30 or 40 times more people than the car you're surrounding.  If a group of thugs are attacking your vehicle, you have every right to escape the situation.  Parking your bike in front of an SUV on the freeway doesn't give you a free pass to vandalize and become violent with the vehicle/occupants.  The bikers learned a valuable lesson about cause and effect, and physics that day.  There's consequences for your actions, hopefully the bikers learned something.

Not sure if you're trolling or stupid, but it doesn't matter because some people (a very small minority) still believe what you said.

It's like this asshole doesn't realize that we've all watched the video.  It's clear that he intentionally got in front of the SUV.  You can see him watching the SUV over his right shoulder as he pulls in front of it, then over his left shoulder as he hits the brakes, and you can see his brake lights.

Speef: Those motokiddies were behaving like absolute morons. None of them should be allowed back on the road.

The thug who got run over after trying to block this guy from leaving is a career criminal who did not have a drivers license.  The thug who was using his helmet to bust out the window is a career criminal who did not have a drivers license.  Legally, they were already "not allowed on the road", but being thugs, they don't really care about the law.

The SUV driver had every right to try and escape when he was attacked, and the asshole who got run over for blocking him in deserved it, as did most of the bikers involved.  You're such an asshole that I'll just assume you deserve to get run over, too.

"...prosecutors declined to press ahead with the case against another biker, Allen Edwards, 43, of Queens, who allegedly punched the driver's side rear window of Lien's SUV before Lien was pummeled. " - TFA

WHY NOT? There is enough evidence to make a charge.

""Prematurely charging individuals with low-level crimes does not further the goals of the investigation and could weaken the cases we expect to bring against the perpetrators of serious crimes." " - Manhattan district attorney's Trials Division, Karen Friedman Agnifilo

So... even with enough evidence to charge someone with a lower crime, they get away with it because someone around them was committing a larger crime?

Sweetheart, if you think that was being douchey, lets chat when I haven't eaten in several hours. My tolerance for fools is low under the best conditions.

He wasn't being a Troll. "Idiot" is a matter of opinion but "Troll" is not. By definition, to Troll one must have intent to start an argument, upset people or derail a thread. He made a farking joke. It actually was kind of funny. (I do like midgets, so take that with a grain of salt.)

Nitwits call anyone who you don't agree with a troll. Every single controversial thread some idiot calls someone with a different or unpopular opinion a "troll" and it is incorrect. You didn't even do that. Dude made a joke. "Alt" would have been understandable under the circumstances, but not troll. It's simply wrong. Not to mention the frames before it where the bikie was along side him in his lane and went out of his way to scoot in front of him at very close range.

What you missed the point where he kicked the side of the vehicle, before he stopped in front of it. These kind of bike rides tend to end badly, because of mob mentality. The SUV driver was stupid for ever stopping, at the point he started running he need to keep going until he either found a cop or out ran those farkers.

Bikers like this are not just a few bad apples they are the majority of these assholes. Which is why I favor laws making motorcycles illegal. They have no place on the road as they are dangerous vehicles driven by reckless criminal assholes.

"I think we all, no matter what your job is, have an obligation to help one another,'' Mayor Bloomberg said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe'' on Monday, in response to questioning about the officer's actions. "And if you see somebody getting beaten up, you know, let's go jump in and stop the fight."

Since you took away nearly everyone's right to own a gun, Mr Bloomberg, I don't think many people will intervene against a bike gang anymore.

Except the NYPD officers in the gang, who are one of the few people who can get concealed carry in NYC.

You know, because they're more responsible and law-abiding than you.  And would never be in gangs.

I kept thinking "bike gang" referred to Sons of Silence or Hell's Angels, not some sad collection of dorks on crotch rockets.

I cant help but make note that several of these examples of small penis attitudes, whilst obviously not of the Aryan cult, are waring GERMAN WWII HELMETS.  Most visibly, and ironically, the black guy using his chrome plated version to smash the driver side window. Hitler would be proud, oh er, maybe not!
Either way these bikers obviously have problems and those helmets are a statement involving violence, war and massacre.
If I had my wife and 2 year old in that SUV, I would have done exactly the same thing.

Genuine question: is anyone else concerned at the fact the driver didn't have his car doors locked?

Yeah, especially since they opened the door once before that.  You'd think at least the wife would have told him to lock the doors.  Personally, I never would have stopped running over bikers once they continued to pursue me.

You don't think logically in a situation like that.  And, anyone who says I would have done this or that are usually talking out of their a$$ as they have never been tested in a life threatening situation.
