Its like meeting the girl of your dreams and finding out she's a drug-induced hallucination. And she looks 5.

The guy was just trying to control as much coca as he could.  It's like those bumper stickers that say "gun control means using both hands."

Give me 45 tons of coca leaf, and I'll promise you more than $500,000.

Sounds like he was completely in control of it. I mean, it's right there in the job description.

Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorence on this thing, because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing is frowned upon... you know, cause I've worked in a lot of offices, and I tell you, people do that all the time.

And not a soul was even mildly surprised that day.

I was going to post "And not a Farc was given that day" but I checked and Farc are still active in Columbia, not Bolivia, which is better known for lithium and tin than for cocaine and emeralds. For your information, the two countries are hundreds of miles apart. South America is bigger than it looks on maps.

You may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to South America.
