machoprogrammer: There's no such thing as foods that "melt fat". Certain foods can boost your metabolic rate and certain foods are lower in calories than other, but it is calories in - calories out. That is it. The tricky part is calculating both, since not all calories are equal and the calories out is obviously hard to calculate as well. However, eat less and you lose weight. Make small changes. For example, if you drink 4 sodas a day, cut down to 2 for a month, then 1 for a month, then 1 a week after that. Instead of donuts for breakfast, eat fruit + oatmeal. Just small changes, 1 or 2 at a time.
