What kind of contractor expects the client to A) provide their own scaffolding, and B) trusts scaffolding provided by someone whose primary job isn't in construction?

The scaffolding wasn't the problem, it was the fact he hired Big Bubba Rogers to catch anyone that fell.

Yes, I know he's dead, but it wouldn't matter. He couldn't catch Jim Cornette when he was alive anyways.

I hear the lawsuit will end with Cena standing victorious in small claims court, then...

*guitar riff* On this day, I see clearly...

Edge runs in, spears Cena and claims the decision for himself.

I'm a plumber.  I work in construction on new homes, apartments complexes, high rises, you name it.

There is no bigger group of douchebags, drunks, druggies, liars, thieves, and overall pieces of shiat then construction workers.  Any way they can get out of work through using L & I, threatening to sue, find loopholes in labor laws, etc...and they'll find it.

I bet the construction worker is "UnAmerican."

claiming he fell off a crappy scaffolding provided by the wrestler

Did he hire this guy off of craigslist? Seems to me any reputable company that would take a job knowing it required scaffolding would have their own.
