This is Massachusetts I think that this is considered normal

FTFA:  The first officer on the scene, Erwin Greene said he had never seen a crashed vehicle with that amount of damage from which someone apparently walked away.

Really?  You've never seen someone walk away from a roll over?  Is this your first day on the job?

He landed 40 yards away, and the hogs ate him. Gee, do I have to do all the cop-thinkin around here?

Apparently you missed the 200 to 300 yard debris trail part. This was no single roll

Well, either the person will show up in a hospital later or they should try looking up. The body could have landed in a tree.

What? Stranger things have happened.

My dad and his pals were out bar hopping in the mountains of PA one hunting season, and one of them went out early from the bar to warm up the cars. He got them started, and staggered out to the middle of the road to pee.
Comes a truck down the mountain and when they came out of the bar, the cars are running, and his shoes are in the middle of the double yellow line, not a trace of him. They call his name. Nothing.
One guy gets in the car, and yells out the window, fark him! He's just farking with us.
Then he sees a drop of blood on the windshield, joined by another. . .

Well, he sure as hell isn't going to DRIVE to the station

That'd be my first guess.

Is it possible that it fell off a huge car carrier?  (I'm honestly asking, I don't know about these things) But if a reckless car carrier driver was going at a high rate of speed and it fell of the back, wouldn't it roll and roll until it finally came to a stop, no driver needed?

A buddy and roommate of mine, being a total dumbass, got drunk, decided to drive, and then rolled his car over. He calls it the night he put his foot on backwards because that's how bad he messed up his ankle. Still, he got out and limped towards up the highway towards some woods, hoping to hide until he sobered up. He was almost there when the police caught up with him. He spent about a week and half total in the hospital and jail. Of course, we didn't know what happened until he got out and decided to call us.

A.) There was...an incident.

B.) Wobbling from side to side

C.) Sure. Naw, I'm kidding. No farking way.

You know, I would think the same thing, but the article said that there were personal items strewn around the path of the crash that was collected.

The body's in a tree. With all the flipping and such, he was ejected into a tree, and no one's bothered looking up. Or, of course, it's Trevor Phillips.

They should analyze the brown stain in the driver's seat for DNA.

/ I saw CSi once.  I know how this works.

Ah...you're right.  Carry on then.

Have we blamed ghosts yet?  Could it be ghosts?

This is the street view of the location (match the sign in my link with the sign in the picture at the top of TFA). Not a lot of trees immediately above for the guy to be in.

Exactly what I was thinking. Check the trees or power lines.

Someone is merely tricking police into disposing of their excess debris.

There had better be a followup to this story. I need answers.

Also: who the hell names a street Fiberloid? What is that, some kind of medical condition? "My lumbago's acting up, and now my doctah says I got fiberloids."

Haven't you heard, according to liberals men and women are completely equal and gender is only a social construct.  That is why women aren't responsible for their actions because of emotional problems. If you disagree with this it means you hate women.

"Near Worcester"...if the Springfield police are showing up for your accident, you're nowhere near Worcester.

Brother's ex-wife's father had a story like that. Something about trying to get to bar #2 across the state line before it closed. Missed their turn and took an impromptu exit off the freeway. He and his friend were both smashed, so when they hit the first time, neither reacted much when the to of the car bounced one way, the rest, including them, bounced another. Bounce #2 took off the back of what was left of the car, and they styled to a halt with the engine missing. They looked at each other took it as a sign and went to the target bar, which was at the end of the field anyway. After several more beers, they went back to the wreckage to get their bowling balls, and found a horde of state troopers combing the field, looking for a body.I doubt the ex-sister-in-law is reading this, but just in case, Hi, Gina!

Oh, so that's what happened to my first car. Don't worry, guys, the trail isn't from the mother of all wrecks. Everything just fell off or shook off on its own, so they couldn't steer to avoid the tree. He's probably used to it by now, he'll come get it and put everything back together tomorrow.

Sounds about right for someone driving through Indian Orchard at that time of night. That place sucks.
