One of the main problems in the U.S. right now are the number of people that think politically charged stereotypes are literally real.

I glanced at the head line and read Rick Perry for a second.  It sort of boggled my mind to think of Perry suddenly becoming a liberal but then I read the third word and realized it would never happen

Don't even need to read this to surmise that Conservative governments are spending comparable amounts or more on account of their conservative principles they have more $$ to spend. Where as liberals are spending like teenagers with credit cards; the money is gone before they have it.

This is just a guess but I think I have a fair chance of nailing it.

I work in a deep red state. My co-workers are ecstatic because they believe the shutdown is sticking it to those damn welfare queens.

Rightwing: Spends a lot on war, militarized police, martial law, corporate welfare, good guy photo shoots and other paranoia.

Leftwing: spends money on the people, infrastructure(Minnesota's nutcase governor(R-etard) declared disaster area to get free FEMA funding for his broken bridge) , peaceful non-dick waving relations with other countries, figuring out how to start cutting back on martial law and lets try to nicely cut back on corporate welfare while not losing election funding.

/Canada's rightwing Prime Minister is trying to fully abolish the federal deficit, by cutting funding to each Province/territory(Quebecistan stills get its full subsidies) and then that raises the deficit in the Province's/territory's.

//Prime Minister still not in prison for billion dollar bribe to British Columbia to implement harmonized sales tax(which was abolished by the people and the Billion dollars has to be given back over 5 years).

WTF FARK ?  Try scrolling down Politics page. 90%- 95% Tab greenlighted with Republican or conservative bashing.
Day after day it's Cruz or Bachmann crapfest quite often from questionable sources.

This is suppose to be a fun place. Iconoclastic views and opinions.
There as much diversity of opinion here these days as the NYT editorial board.
