As The Who are not playing, do you want to have another go, subby. And change a bit to read: "Who? No, Yes" assuming you were going for that baseball sketch theme....

Billy Sherwood is about as tenuous of a connection to Yes as you can get.

I'm assuming it was an Animaniacs theme.

What about The Band? Doesn't look like they're listed.

Rick Wakeman and Tony Kaye are on the album too. Would've been worth it just to hear a Shatnerian "I'LL be the roundabout..."

But since when is Vince Gill progressive? I don't think going all bluegrass with Alison Krauss on a pop Genesis song counts (although it's better than the original).

Unavailable for comment, except to say that if you throw in The Stones with Lee and the Shat, the cumulative age is probably a thousand.

Hopefully it will be more like "Has Been" and less like "Seeking Major Tom".

(Although, in defense of Major Tom, the Shat's take on Bohemian Rhapsody was pretty dern spiffy.)

*reads article*

Ok, Shatner did a good album with Ben Folds, so I'm game for this one I suppose.

But, why didn't they snag Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks from Genesis?

You're much better off sticking to his voiceovers on the Rhapsody of Fire albums.
