That reminded me of that old episode of Buffy for some reason.

God Of Cake and Adventures In Depression are still the best ones, but she's awesome.

/and anything to do with her retarded dog is awesome, too

It's not one of her best, but it's still good for a chuckle.

Is Ally back or is she still only doing biannual updates?

I'm just looking at the pretty colours but I'd be lying if I said the frame with her getting it in the eye didn't give me great pleasure.

Anything she posts is always a good sign considering her last couple entries about depression.

YAY! She's back!

:::still wondering where to get a pet Alot:::

That woman is very talented.

I'm pretty sure that if I had ever bred, and landed up with a kid that insanely out of control, I'd eventually land up in prison for a very long time.

I enjoy having never bred.

/glad she's back and finding herself again

Glad she's back.  I haven't had enough Hyperbole and a Half recently.

CLEAN ALL THE THINGS!

I sent the latest one, as well as Wolves, to my wife, because she'd never heard of this blog.

She doesn't find them funny at all, just odd.

My wife has no soul.

That. Glad she's doing better.

I don't think it's possible not to enjoy the comic about driving across the country with her dogs.

Wolves and God of Cake reduce me to giggling fits every time I read them. Having grown up in a large family with LOTS of sisters, I can attest to the accuracy of both strips.

Power corrupts. Absolute power is really really fun.

Meh. She already did a comic about not being able to handle her sugar as a kid.

OMFG HER BOOK IS UP FOR PRE-ORDER!

I am stupidly excited about this development. Shut up and take my money!

The depression posts are really something else. I laughed, I cried, I felt sorry for her, I felt her triumph... The whole gamut of emotions here:

Part One (from 2011)
Part Two (this year)

The depression ones I sent to some family/friends who have said they had a hard time understanding how depression felt for me.

It helped them try to wrap their minds around it.

I pre-ordered the book. I get excited seeing updates from her.

Is this one at all worth reading, or is it another diatribe about why I should feel guilty for being well-adjusted and happy?

NEW HYPERBOLE AND A HALF?   YEAH!

And no, it is not another Depressed Adult episode.  Instead it is a funny, mischievous child story.

The one about kids and the wolf game is my favourite.
