Reverend J: Yeah, I read a more complete article where the photographer said it dug up the petrified birds and posed them to make it look cool. The pictures got circulated and no one bothered to read the freakin' article or think critically about the photos or think about the possible mechanisms behind a petrification process./I firmly believe that the internet destroyed critical thinking.
