If I became an actor, I'd pick a name that didn't sound like some sort of sexually transmitted disease diagnosis.

I didn't want to play the villain. He's a man of science. He's a man of invention. He actually sees what he's doing as a good thing - [his ambition is] definitely blind and he's quite arrogant. He's strove all his life for a certain respect and attention.

Isn't that how so many, many villains are, though?

-Zod from MoS and Luthor from...the comics? (IIRC, isn't Lex just concerned that Supes is unstoppable, so we need some kind of "kill switch" to make sure we don't end up at the business end of a Superman Stare? Or is that only one storyline out of a trillion?)
-Walter White (sorta - he clearly doesn't think he's doing something morally good, but he did try and justify it with "For the family"); in the same manner...
-Don & Mike Corleone (and Andy Garcia, if that actually happened)
-Warren Worthington Jr (X-Men 3), and Magneto from all 4 (he will protect Mutantkind from their enemy, Humankind)
-Khan N. Singh (Into Darkness): well, "revenge" may not be "a good thing", but like Zod - and Nero from the other new ST - he's saving his past from those that will/would destroy it permanently

Fark, even Hitler believed he was "doing the right thing" by eliminating undesirables from Germany.

Isn't the whole point of Days of Future Past to be able to swing the Original 3 and First Class casts into the same film universe (they did already, sorta) with the ultimate goal of using them in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at some later date?

Also my first thought.

They could potentially do a lot with Dinklage as Bolivar Trask -- maybe he built three-story-tall monsters because he's got some unresolved issues with other kids picking on him at school.  That said I'm not holding out a whole lot of hope, I saw some teaser shots of the Sentinels and they look like C3PO's gimp.

I met a very good looking female little person in san francisco friday, we chatted for a bit.  i wonder if she dates much or if she were to have a hangup about dating a reacher (as i understand, little people call regular folks "reachers").  she was really pretty but i guess that physical issue is a hangup for some dudes.  i don't know how i would feel about it.

Not a movie, but the last year in the comic books have been exactly this(after they fought). The Uncanny Avengers, and A+X are two of the main monthly titles.

Not from anything ive heard, and ive been keeping pretty up to date with all the MCU stuff. TBH i think its ok that Marvel doesnt have the X-men license. It gives them breathing room to do more obscure properties. If Marvel Studios had the rights, do you think wed be getting a Guardians of the Galaxy movie at this point, or Cable 2: Mary Sue Harder? Hell, Fox is doing a farking X-force movie now too. And given how Marvel has shaped things without them, is there really room for mutants in the MCU at this point? Plus Hugh Jackman would probably be exhausted from having to be in every single movie.

I wish Marvel had the Spider-man rights though, he belongs in the MCU.

/F4 i could take or leave because theyve always been lame

Marvel is rumored to plan the same route with the Expendables and the cast of Sister Act 2. It's going to be a mosh pit.

MTU notwithstanding, Spidey was mainly a solo act. I wish we could get a Spiderman/Torch crossover, though, and a Thing vs Hulk.

I guess Torch/Iceman is more likely.

CSB. I was in 1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian Hotel at Walt Disney World and was groped by Minnie Mouse. I was dining alone because wife was not feeling very well. Minnie Mouse came up and started pantomiming that I was dining all alone and began to sit down and join me. Her advances were DEFINITELY more than friendly as several times she rubbed my genitals under the table with her huge white-gloved hand. I was getting a raging hard-on and Minnie was getting off on it. She came back to the table a number of times until finally Alice in Wonderland came over to warn her about 'moving on' and 'visiting with some of the other guests'. I realize now that it was probably a small Hispanic man inside the cast member costume, but my penis didn't seem to mind at all. To this day I can't walk past Mickey without the smug satisfaction of knowing that his girlfriend gave me a handy while I was eating tiny waffles with his face on them.

Both Fantastic 4 movies were some of the worst movies ive ever seen period, but their X-men franchise is four for six, thats pretty good.

And Spider-man 2 is one of the highest rated (RT%) comic book movies ever. There have been some downright TERRIBLE Marvel movies, sure; and while everything Marvel Studios has done themselves has been great, theyre not the only ones who can make a good movie with their characters.

The Skrulls are one of the properties where theres some wiggle room, similar to how Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch are appearing in both Days of Future Past AND Age of Ultron. Of course Kl'rt specifically is tied to the F4 liscense, (and unrelated i believe Namor is too, but i could be wrong) but he wouldnt make sense without them anyway. I wouldnt expect Skrulls as we know them to appear in the MCU though since there was already an alien invasion, and it involved the Chitauri who are basically the Ultimate Universes version of the Skrulls.

As for the Kree, theyre separate enough from the Skrulls that i wouldnt expect them to be tied to the F4 license in any way, especially since as i mentioned theres talk of an Inhumans movie down the road. I expect well see a Ms Marvel movie eventually too, for the sake of having a female SUPER hero and as a heavy hitter when they start dialing back Iron Man, but her backstory will probably be radically different from the comics. I wouldnt be surprised if Joss directed that one himself too.

Weren't there 2 Wolverine movies?

Were there?  If there was a second one, I missed it.  I only saw the one where they made Deadpool a mute.  The rest of the movie sucked about as badly as that decision.  Was the other one any better?

Havent seen it yet, didnt want to bother after the first one, but decent tomatometer score.
