I read Virginia Woolf's To the Light House Work. It was extremely repetitious and dull. In order for stream of consciousness writing to work, you have to be conscious*. And keep the common reader conscious while she is reading your book.

*Only barely, though. Karl Pilkington is very amusing.

But seriously, I saw a book of excerpts from writers on housekeeping, do-it-yourself and such topics. To the Light House Work would have been a good title. I have a knack for titles. It's the long hard slog that keeps me from writing books instead of posts on*.

*Some of which are admittedly book length.

Head for Beachy Head

I want to live in a lighthouse, not derping or telling bendy truths. This one sounds to large though as it has five beds, I'd prefer one bed, no other bipeds. I doubt the job exists any more though... been tendered out to software and other automatons.
...this world used to be such a good place to be human, now it's like we are marginalised and scratching around for something/anything to do.

How long have those two guys been out there, all alone?  They might have a "Brokeback Lighthouse" thing going on.  "...And Send More Lube!"
