It could be pre-packed in crates and it still wouldn't make sense to go get it, even if we could. If it cost you a thousand dollars to get a dollar bill at the bottom of the ocean, would you do it? Once, for the novelty and bragging rights, but could you run your household like that on your present salary?

Unfortunately NASA is basically shut down because we can't even get democracy to work right over here...
