Nope, never mind.  Not good enough to stop it.  The CR goes back to the Senate, amendments and all.  C-Span says the Senate will like vote within the hour.

Notice the Dems voting 'Yes' in the House.  They didn't want it to be 219-210.

They should kick it back with the mandate delay intact, but install the medicare eligibility magic single-payer kludge, and a note saying, "Hey, you wanted to negotiate, right?"

To make the GOP look more in lock-step than they really are.  People won't look at who voted, just that the totals looks like all Republicans voted yes and all Dems voted no.  The Dems want the GOP to 100% look like they own this and won't compromise.
