So..how about a similar nationality/wealth profile?
While there are pros and the big stars, I don't think the mass of Olympic athletes are particularly wealthy and its not like participating 3rd-world-countries will have the best medical care anyway.

Brits have excellent dental health. They just don't go for the creepy "mail order dentures" look that all Americans seem to aspire to.
