We once played Super Smash Bros on a movie screen with a projector in college.

I use an LCD projector and play all sorts of games on my garage door. My daughter's Girl Scout troop had a Mario Cart tournament. It was awesome.

In other news, Rockstar games has sued the Essex police out of existence for making completely baseless defamatory accusations.

Seriously, WTF, guys?  Facts: Get some.

Video games are one reason why kids aren't transitioning from childhood to adulthood.

That is just over the top stupid. "Why did this unknown burglar steal my radio?" "Probably to play 50 Cent." "Why did he steal my Kindle?" "Probably to read 50 Shades of Gray"

Nobody ever broke in to a school or church to steal valuable items until the release of GTA V. The internet told me so.

I know we used to use the university lecture halls' projectors to play Wii Sports and GTA.   Wii Sports Tennis was awesome in the lecture halls with two aisles down the middle.

When I was a lad, we'd break into the schoolhouse and take the chalk board so we could play tic tac toe and hangman.

As somebody who has gone into school labs after-hours to play big-screen multiple-room sessions of Halo CTF, I'm getting a kick, etc.

I lied about wanting to to research on my teacher's computer to be able to play DooM on it, and would stay hidden until after-hours at a school before that to play Wolfenstein 3D.

Video games: the downfall of innocence everywhere.

I broke into the school lab with some "friends" in middle school. (it was unlocked) We just went through some cabinets looking at stuff until the officer stepped in and took us to juvy in the patrol car. I think I was playing dragon quest or zelda 2 at the time. Probably inspired me to do it. Fun times. I guess.

I blame Grand Theft Auto 5 for the recent increase in thefts of copies of Grand Theft Auto 5.

At first we did the "hide under the back desk" then they got wise.

At the end, we'd wait for the teachers to leave, then track down a janitor with some sob story about having forgotten a disk in the lab, two of us would go in to search, and one of us would make for the second door to the lab, and open the latch. A third person was outside the door with a library card to catch the latch. Then one of our inside decoys would "find" the lost disk and we'd all leave. Come back 5 minutes later, and that was that

Well, at least we've got the little bastards breaking into schools. If we could somehow build on that..............

Back in the day they used to break in for the wine. Grape juice doesn't draw the crowds like they used to.

Just buy an HD projector. They aren't that expensive these days. Console games only need a 720p projector anyway, because most of them aren't running at 1080p.

IV is better.  Though at least in V you don't have people calling you all the time to go bowling or play darts.

We ran tech support in college. During the summer we would have tekken, soul calibur, smash bros tournaments on the projectors. The guys who delivered food for us would linger and stare forlornly. "Youre getting paid for this?" We always tipped well. When I graduated, I just moved over to a full time position in another department. For the better part of the 2000s Ive had unfettered access to a projecor for my gaming joy. Haven't played ps3 on a screen larger than 100 inches in years. You want access to one of the projection rooms? Dont have to break in. bring the beer and give me a turn on the controller.
