Those games are vicious.  They knock each other over and run into each other.  My friend's sister was paralyzed from the waist down at the age of 14 when a virus attacked her spinal cord, so she's played wheelchair basketball for a while.  She plays for the city's team and has played for France, too.  She ends up with bumps, bruises and she had a nasty cut from falling over once.
