The web page won't show the whole article unless I jump through their hoops.  But the one line it does show says he was outside.  Nothing wrong with a bit of wanking, but go in the damn house and close the door.

For those who cannot get RTFA:

Mailman files complaint after allegedly seeing resident 'buck naked and masturbating' outside Knox home

By Abigail Curtis, BDN Staff
Posted Sept. 23, 2013, at 6:21 p.m.

KNOX, Maine - Neither snow nor rain has kept him from delivering the mail, but what the postman saw Friday outside a rural Knox home gave him pause. And caused him to call the police.

The mail carrier filed a complaint that stated Nathan Harrington, 38, was sitting in a chair in front of the residence "buck naked and masturbating," according to the Waldo County Sheriff's Office. It was the second time that the postman allegedly saw Harrington engaged in this activity.

When an officer talked to Harrington, he said that he didn't believe anyone could see him, Lt. Jason Trundy said Monday. But the officer noted that his chairs were placed in plain view of the road, and he issued him a criminal summons for indecent conduct.

Harrington is scheduled to make an appearance on the matter at Belfast District Court on Nov. 19, 2013.

I never saw a survey. Worked fine for me, both this morning at 5:45 and again at 4:30pm

Uh... it's just one question, click yes or no.  It's not a big deal.

No survey here, either. NoScript/AdBlockerPlus probably killed it?
