Another WTC7 remake?

Rats. I forgot that was happening.

Kind of wanted to go watch.

It was well worth the eight hour wait, and all the shuffling from potential vantage point to point to get this video :)

Your video? Nice!

Hope you wore a good dust mask!

Thanks! Yep, they were passing out masks, safety glasses, earplugs (not needed).

The best part was when the building fell down.

And so goes another old fashioned department store building. You don't need as much space to display your Chinese and Bangladesh made products because there's only five manufactures working in the world, making all the labels for design - only firms who wouldn't know how to run a factory if kraken arose to wipe out Pacific shipping.

Cheaper than accidental debris falling on your neighbors in a tightly, packed city like Tokyo.

Good point.

Imagine what it would have cost to demolish WTC towers 1 and 2.

If Tokyo were not packed, would it still be tightly?

Dude! Did you totally miss the Snowden scandal, or the guy who shot up a navy base? Both contractors. Sub-contractors, actually. Subbies.

The question then is, who greenlights these operations?

/but anyhow, nice footage. Building next to my office was imploded a couple years ago. I was surprised how much the explosives sounded more like a snare drum than the stereotypical explosion noise one is used to from video/tv/movies.
